Class Filled - Tai-Chi 10 Week Tuesday and Thursday Program- April 2 to June 6 In-Person

Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that uses slow, controlled and low-impact movements making this class ideal for seniors, even those with limited movement. Tai Chi exercises can help improve balance, flexibility and muscle strength, decrease stress and anxiety, improve cognition, and enhance sleep quality. You will be meeting 20x over a 10 week period. April 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, May 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, June, 4, 6 Registration begins 9:30am Tues. March 19.
