Chair Yoga Introduction In-Person
Rockland County Office for the Aging offers a brief presentation of their programs and services, followed by an introduction to chair yoga and meditation led by a qualified instructor. There will be an informational table and a "NY Connects" representative to answer questions afterward. For ages 60 and over.
Seating is limited. Registration starts Wednesday, October 9th at 9:30am.
