Teen Cooking Week 2 Online
Do you want to learn how to make healthy vegetarian dishes?
Join us for a series of sustainable, nutritious, plant based cooking with seasonal produce. Each session will include 1 savory recipe and 1 dessert. The recipes are easy to put together and can be duplicated for Holiday get-togethers. Shopping lists will be provided prior to the event so you can cook along with us! Registration is required.

Recipe 1: Stuffed Mushrooms:
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of 8 Oz white mushrooms
- 2 bread slices
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parmesan Cheese ½ cup
- Garlic powder & Herbs of choice
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder( 2 pinches)
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- salt half a pinch
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips(optional)

- Chopping board
- Butter knife
- Mixing spoons
- Coffee Mug or Ramekin dish
- Mixing Bowls 2 medium size
- Microwave
