Senior Chair Yoga for "Every Body!" In-Person

Chair Yoga is a gentle way of improving joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and balance.  It's a modified version of traditional yoga that includes the same elements, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and physical poses. Seating is limited.  Registration begins Tuesday, November 26 at 9:30am.
